Guest Relations Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out all check in and check-out services in a professional manner;
  • To support and assist all aspects of front desk operations;
  • Ensure room assignment is in line with guest requests;
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience gained from hotel industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Customer-oriented with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Opera System would be advantage
  • Multi-taking and work as a team player
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer

Guest Services Supervisor / Guest Services Manager 

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a shift leader of front desk and duty manager of the hotel;
  • Supervise and ensure that all frontline staff provide quality services to hotel guests;
  • Provide on the job training to Guest Services Officers and handle guest’s enquiries and complaints;
  • Responsible for all daily front office activities;
  • Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner;
  • Provide quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all time

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is highly preferred
  • Minimum 3-4 years experiences in the role of Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Reception Manager
  • Proactive, mature, pleasant, detail-minded, customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of Opera System would be advantage
  • Multi-tasking and work as a team player
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Guest Services Manager
